Nicaragua is one of RMM’s first church-planting locations, beginning in 1973. In 1978 the Nicaragua Mennonite Conference was organized, and today the conference consists of 100 congregations with almost 4,000 members! This team will devote time to learning the language, and work alongside other RMM missionaries and the local churches. Work projects and participating in Bible studies are possibilities, as well as giving programs in the local churches. As in most outreaches, friendship evangelism will be a large part of the outreach.
