United States

The United States of America is a land with a rich spiritual heritage that is steadily being eroded. Although 86.5% of the USA’s population professes Christianity, many people only know about God but do not know Him personally. This team will spend approximately half of their outreach in St. Louis working with World Impact, an organization that focuses on ministering to the inner city poor. They will spend the rest of their outreach touring as a ministry team encouraging churches and youth groups through drama and music.

Morocco
Moroccans have a pride in their country as a center for Islamic learning and heritage, and those convert to Christianity are often persecuted for their faith. Only about 5% of Moroccans have ever met a Christian or heard the gospel. This team will spend the first part of outreach in language school building relationships with the local people. The majority of outreach will be spent working at an orphanage.

South Africa

Over 20% of South Africa’s adult population is HIV positive and more than 420,000 children have been orphaned due to AIDS just in 2000. The Gospel has been mixed with ancestral worship and other non-Biblical practices producing a false perception of God. The Christian church is racially divided, but God is restoring hope through a new generation of South Africans who are hungry to know more about Jesus and the Bible. Opportunities for this team may include street evangelism, drama, relationship building and outreach to the AIDS community.

Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world, yet people are coming to Christ in huge numbers including atleast 30% of Indonesia’s 1.5 million student population.
